How much is your voicemail costing you?

Most local businesses miss between 20% and 30% of the calls that come in. Every one of those is someone who rang your competitor next.

You are likely losing

$9,450

per month · $113,400 a year

An estimate based on the figures you entered — not a forecast.

How we worked that out

  • 260 calls a month, of which 20% go unanswered — that is 52 missed calls.
  • Only 40% of those would have become paying work — 21 jobs.
  • At $450 a job, that is $9,450 a month.

Flowverly answers all of them for $997 a month.

That is 9× what you are losing now.

We are taking on our first ten companies in Virginia

Flowverly is new. If you come on board now you get the founder’s mobile number, a say in what we build next, and a price that does not change while you stay. We would rather tell you that plainly than pretend to be bigger than we are.

Built on infrastructure you already rely on

Twilio

Carries your calls and texts

OpenAI

Google Calendar

Books straight into your diary

AWS

Keeps everything encrypted

We never train anyone’s model on your calls

Every provider that touches a conversation is under a zero-retention, no-training agreement. Your customers’ conversations are not training data.

Your data is walled off at the database

Separation between businesses is enforced by the database itself, not by code remembering to check. One company’s calls cannot appear in another’s.

It does the job a receptionist does — at 2am, on Sunday, and while you are up a ladder

Answered in two seconds, every time

Nights, weekends, holidays, and while you are already on another call. Nobody reaches your voicemail again.

Booked, not just answered

It checks your real availability and puts the job on your calendar. You get a text with the details — not a pile of messages to return.

You see exactly what it saved you

A monthly report showing how many calls we caught and what they were worth, with the arithmetic shown. No black box.

Up and running without touching a setting

  1. You keep your number

We give you a line to forward to. Your existing number stays exactly as it is, on the same truck signs and the same van. Forwarding takes about five minutes and we walk you through it.

  2. We set it up for you

We learn your services, your hours, your prices and where you will and will not drive. You review it before it answers a single call. There is nothing for you to configure.

  3. It starts answering

From that moment every call is picked up in two seconds. Jobs land in your calendar, you get a text with the details, and once a month you see what it caught.

One price. No contract.

A full-time receptionist in Virginia costs around $52,000 a year before payroll tax, and goes home at five.

The questions people actually ask

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. You keep the number on your van and your business cards. We give you a line to forward to, which takes about five minutes with your phone provider, and we stay on the call while you do it.

Can my customers tell it is not a person?

Most callers do not ask. It says at the start of the call that it is an automated assistant, because in some states that disclosure is required and because being caught out is worse than being upfront. It answers in a natural voice and does not read from a script.

What happens if it cannot answer something?

It hands the call to whoever you nominate, or takes a message and texts it to you straight away. It is built to pass on anything it is unsure about rather than guess — a wrong answer about a price or an availability costs you more than a transferred call.

What if I want to stop?

Cancel any time and it stops at the end of that month. There is no contract and no cancellation fee. Turn the forwarding off and your phone rings exactly as it did before.

What happens to the recordings and transcripts?

Transcripts are kept for 24 months so you can look back at a job, then deleted automatically. Recordings are only kept where the disclosure actually played. Nothing is ever used to train an AI model. It is all set out on our privacy page.
